Community Members, thank you for your interest in joining us for our 5th annual Ancestral Institute's Gathering from October 16 to 18, 2026, in collaboration and partnership with the City of Light Sanctuary, Ellenville, NY.
The program for the Gathering includes meeting and a welcome at the Sanctuary on Friday, Oct 16, the Conference/Gathering formally begins at 9:00am on Saturday, Oct 17 (see draft program on the AI-25 Website), and concludes on Sunday, Oct 18. As a community member, this nominal registration confirms your commitment to attend and covers your attendance, accommodation, transportation to and from NYC, and food at the Gathering. In the evenings, on Friday and Saturday, we’ll screen Indigenous documentaries, Eternal Song, Kato, and Flowers of the Earth, generously share with us by SAND.
Whether this is your first Ancestral Institute edition or you're one of our supporters attending since we started, and as you experience the Gathering, we look forward to sharing that with you, particularly, ensuring that you are in a safe and affirming environment - remember, this conference is for, about and by you.
At this Gathering for our communities we welcome everyone, whether a person can afford the nominal fee (as a commitment) or not; anyone who is unable to afford the nominal fee is still welcome.
Accommodation for AI-26 is shared cabins at the Sanctuary. If you do not want to share a cabin, please look into nearby AirBnBs.
Respecting your individuality and identity, when you register for one of our events/programs/activities, we will not share your information with any third-parties without your permission, unless required by law enforcement and or a court order.
Registration fee includes
A complimentary Journal;
Official T-Shirt with AI’s logo, and assorted swag.
All meals are vegeterian.
Transport to and from
on Friday, Oct 16, in NYC (the time and a central pick-up point will be shared) to City of Light Sanctuary, Ellenville, NY and return on Sunday, Oct 18 after lunch to the pick-up point in NYC.

To pay for an individual or a group, contact us at info@dbgm.org, and we’ll send you an invoice (payment over $600 with a signed 2025 W-9 Form) to mail a check or pay by Zelle to DBGM, Inc.
Refunds and cancellations, alterations
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be sent in writing to info@dbgm.org by October 9, 2026.
No refunds after October 9, 2026.
